Where can I find a diecast collectible of Ward Burton's Nascar racecar with the large VT logo on the hood? - diecast race cars

The car was in Ward 5 de Mayo 2007, the race in Richmond, VA has the "car of tomorrow" and that the design of a large VT logo on the hood of the car. You can have the same car running April 21, 2007 at the Phoenix race. I want to buy a collection of figures of this car, but not able to find anywhere. Does anybody know where to find? I assume that is not yet available, but I wonder why, or when available.
