I have a contract of guarantee, so I am not able to help you fix it or anything. I have about 7 months and has a peculiar behavior in different ways. The screen goes blank when you try to turn the device, and I have to start again. My screen goes all weird and cut the picture breaks into pieces. And people who can not hear me when I use my headset help plz
