Acid reflux, as you know, it goes back into the esophagus. The muscles of the upper esophagus, such as the upper esophagus Sphinx "or" SIU "known terminal closed to prevent reflux into the throat (pharynx) and flow in the airways and therefore both lungs. The tight closure of the UES, the body is the way of protection against aspiration pneumonia, which can be fatal.
Because clips SIU so difficult, it is difficult for solids (especially meat, bread and rolls volume) and smaller fluid to pass. Drink plenty of fluids work best. Other solids and liquids will help to wash, "" the solid food.

I understand the essence of not being able to swallow, as he explained that if I go to sleep, it's like acid flows into the neck of a very strong feeling, and create swollen, as a rule. I assume that the irritation caused by acid in the throat swelling is contained, and it is therefore difficult to swallow?
