Of course, you do not get enough calcium to take him. Add calcium-rich foods in your diet such as broccoli, kale, tofu, almonds, spinach, etc.. Calcium is also added. Remember, the body can absorb up to 500 mg per meal, the excess calcium in the diet should be thrown in the stool. So do not bother eating of 600 mg or 1000 mg of calcium you lose your money.

The best way to reverse osteoporosis is exercise. A study has shown that exercise is more effective than the drug Fosamax and calcium as a supplement in combination with osteoporosis reversed. And you're too young to be on Fosamax or Boniva. Not good for the bones, some of their bones are still achieved in concentration, 26 years old.

I recommend that you take seriously. This is the critical period, 24 to 28yrs old for a woman to increase the lime deposits. Then it becomes more difficult to store calcium in the bones.

A bone density score: -1.8 SD is not osteoporosis, osteopenia, but was treated very successively with 2 or 3 tablets Citracal (or other types of CA with VitD) per day.

Osteoporosis in the family history, have a higher average risk of developing osteoporosis. Other risk factors include smoking, eating disorders, low weight, too little calcium in the diet, excessive alcohol consumption, early menopause, absence of menstruation (amenorrhea), and the use of certain medications such as steroids and anticonvulsants.
